Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Capstone Wars at https://www.capstonewars.com (the "Service"), including the public leaderboard, contributions ("boosts"), coin listings, profiles and the Hall of Fame. By using the Service, connecting a wallet, contributing or listing a coin, you agree to these Terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Dobrescu Alexandru, an individual based in Romania ("we", "us", "our").

2. What the Service is
Capstone Wars is an entertainment leaderboard. Communities make voluntary contributions in stablecoins to show support for a cryptocurrency, and coins are ranked by the amount contributed during each calendar month, as described in the Rules.
A contribution buys a place in the public ranking at the moment it is confirmed. It does not buy:
- any investment, share, token, profit, interest, reward or prize;
- any influence on the price or value of any coin;
- a fixed rank or a fixed duration at a rank (others can contribute more);
- traffic, visibility or results of any kind outside the Service.
There is no prize, no draw and no element of chance. Nobody receives money from the Service because of their rank.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or if using it is illegal where you live. You are responsible for complying with your local laws, including tax rules.
4. Your wallet
- The Service is non-custodial. We never hold your funds, keys or recovery phrases, and we will never ask for them.
- Every payment is a transfer you create and sign yourself in your own wallet. Check the amount and the recipient before you sign.
- You are responsible for your wallet, its security and any network fees.
- Signing a sign-in message only proves you control the wallet. It costs nothing and moves no funds.
5. Payments are final
Payments are made in USDC or USDT on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by us.
All contributions and listing fees are final and non-refundable. The service starts immediately when your transaction is confirmed: your contribution is counted on the public board, or your coin is listed. By signing the transaction you ask us to start the service immediately and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose any right of withdrawal once it has started. Being outranked, the monthly reset, downtime, or the later hiding of a coin, name or message for breach of these Terms does not give a right to a refund.
The only exception is the case described in the Rules, where a listing cannot be created because the same symbol or contract was listed first by someone else. In that case we refund the listing fee to the paying wallet.
If you send funds by mistake, in an unsupported token, on another network or outside the Service's checkout, we may not be able to identify or return them.
6. Coin listings
When you list a coin, you confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that the listing does not impersonate another project or break any law. We do not review, verify or endorse listed projects. A listing is not investment advice or a recommendation.
We may hide or remove a listed coin, without refund, if we reasonably believe it is a scam, impersonates another project, is illegal, or creates a legal, security or reputational risk for the Service or its users.
7. Profiles and content
You may choose a display name, an avatar from our gallery and, as King, a short message. You must not use names or messages that are offensive, hateful, illegal, misleading, promotional, or that impersonate other people, brands, exchanges or wallets. We may hide content at any time. Hiding content never changes a rank or a total.
You grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display your public name, avatar choice, message and contributions on the Service and in its archive (including the Hall of Fame), for as long as the Service runs.
8. Third-party names and logos
Coin names, symbols and logos belong to their owners. We show them only to identify the coins on the leaderboard. Their appearance does not mean that any project is affiliated with, sponsors or endorses the Service, or the other way around.
9. Acceptable use
You must not: attack, overload or scrape the Service beyond normal browsing; exploit bugs; attempt to manipulate rankings other than by genuine contributions; use the Service for money laundering, fraud or sanctions evasion; or impersonate us.
10. No financial advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets are risky. Make your own decisions.
11. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted, slow or contain errors. We may change, pause or stop features, the Rules or these Terms. Material changes will be shown by a new date at the top of this page. Payments already made remain governed by the Terms in force when they were made, unless the law requires otherwise.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, losses caused by blockchain networks, wallets or third-party services, or losses caused by your own errors when signing transactions. Our total liability for any claim related to a payment is limited to the amount of that payment. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live. Disputes are handled by the competent courts of Romania, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Consumers in the EU can also find information on dispute resolution at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
14. General
If a part of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
